Sales company established in Serbia as of 1 July
Jungheinrich now present in 40 countries worldwide with its own direct sales
Consistent implementation of international growth strategy
Hamburg / Belgrade: Having set up its own direct sales companies in Columbia, Peru and Ecuador in early 2018, Jungheinrich continues to expand its own network of location.
In its core European market, Jungheinrich acquired the business of the Jungheinrich dealer DunaV Export-Import D.O.O. in Serbia as of 1 July 2018. In the process, it set up its own sales company and took over staff and assets. For the Hamburg-based solutions provider for the intralogistics sector, this step is consistent with the implementation of its international growth strategy.
Dr Lars Brzoska, Board of Management member responsible for Marketing and Sales: “With the addition of Serbia, Jungheinrich now has its own sales companies in 40 countries around the world. Jungheinrich is already the market leader in Serbia and we want to keep it that way.
We are consistently developing our global site network in line with our Group strategy in order to make even greater use of the local market potential. This enables us to offer our customers improved on-site support by way of local customer services and ensures spare part availability in their own country.”
